Wasn’t Wisner’s opening run over twice his cumulative total of the first half? How’s that for in depth analysis! Arch’s scrambling had the bulk of our rushing in the first half. If our first two drives of the second half looked like the entirety of our first half we would have given up on the run. Thankfully, they did not.

It’s almost like if we had abandoned the run early because we were thinking it was going to be a shootout we wouldn’t have had the chance to break big runs. I’m not sure why you felt the need to nitpick. The point was that we had enough patience to keep feeding Wisner unlike other games Kentucky, Arkansas, UGA, MSU and things worked out. Just like OU.
