I want Texas to make an agreement with the CFP that if they are ranked in the Top 12, they automatically get in - seems like the CFP will agree to anything.

Teams can just do the practices anyway. What’s the NCAA going to do. Players can sue and say they took away opportunities for professional development. The system is completely broken.

Notre Dame just “opted out” of any bowl while crying about missing the CFP. They are giving up 15-20 more practices. Such a short sighted decision. I think any non CFP bowl will die in 2-years and the NCAA will grant all schools an additional 15 practices during that time.

ND athletic director also had a press conference revealing a clause that ND would be in the 12 team playoffs next year so long as they were in the top 12.
