I usually go with whatever regional to the teams in it to tie it in. So prolly a chowder if Seattle and Pat's If LA, then a chowder and French dips.

We usually do 1-3 different jalapeño popper recipes along with homemade dips, queso’s and chips. depending on the size of the group we do a “grazing table” charcuterie board on steroids is what I call it.
