I wouldn’t say Baxter didn’t live up to his billing. Dude became a starter his freshman year over J. Brooks. He just got hammered with injuries that hampered him and you can’t equate that to not living up with a ranking. He looked like he was going to be awesome until the injury bug nailed him.
