Yes. It's absolutely fine. Kelvin Beachum has started 162 games in the NFL at tackle at 6-3, 305.

Ehh, you don't gain 11 pounds of muscle in 4-5 weeks, if that's what you mean. (Without... "chemical assistance" at least).
