Creighton is easily deserving of a 2 seed if not better.  31-2 on the season, on a 24 match winning streak.  Only losses were 5 set losses on the road to one seeds Nebraska and Louisville.  In matches against our mutual opponents, it swept Missouri and Mississippi and beat USC 3-1. 

Not a team with dominating length.  MBs range 6'3" to 6'4" and the primary outside hitters are 6'1".  Single setter who is a threat to made a kill--had 111 on the season. 

Oddly enough, the Creighton Coach is not a bald man.  She's 3 time National Coach of the Year Kirsten Booth.

Skinner ripped one after Creighton had to free ball.  12-10. 

Rutherford kill crosscourt after Creighton passed serve over the net.  12-11.  Great comeback.

Then Ames with the putback of an overpass.  22 all.

Skinner kill after Wenaas made a great dig.  26-24 Texas.  Great comeback from a 9-3 hole.

Singletary killed an overpass.  11-10.  That was an attempt by Creighton to chase a serve return going into the stands, and I thought the Bluejay passed it over the antenna, but Singletary removed all doubt and dented the floor with it.

We are getting most of our offense from Singletary and Ames.  Outside hitters have been totally ineffective so far this match.

Two swings, first picked up barely.  Second put down.  20-17.

Skinner dink.  20-18.

Texas won point on something weird there.  Dig into the net, Carlson slid to save it, nearly going under the net, Skinner tried to pass it over, and Creighton blocked the pass out of bounds.  20-19.  A lot of effort and luck there.
