I never heard of that rule.  It looks like they're lining up for a kickoff and it counts as a field goal when Dicker kicks it through the uprights.

Only second one made since the NFL moved the goal posts back.  Breaks a streak of 9 consecutive misses by teams.

I know that Harbaugh tried one when he was coaching the 49ers. I think it was like 75 yards though and the kicker missed.
