Texas needing a speed WR

Ryan Neblett is really fast, what is going on that he is not progressing to be that speed guy?

He's been cross training at RB so that may have slowed his development ay WR.

I get that, but doesn't seem to be a priority. I think he has good hands so it's either bad route running, or learning the playbook.

I was thinking the same thing about niblett being our speed threat, But it’s obvious if they relegated him to running back he must be buried in the wide receiver depth chart.
