Bevo92 Posted June 11 Posted June 11 (edited) Hanna Wells is bringing an incredible mix of power at the plate (.602 with 31 home runs and 75 RBIs) and dominance as starting pitcher (22-1 record in the circle with a .49 ERA with 258 strikeouts and 31 walks in 127 2/3 innings). She also played short stop when not pitching. Mike White has an incredible class of inbound freshman, who will help keep things going for women’s softball. Congrats to Hannah Wells for winning Gatorade POY. https://apple.news/ANMY92k9ZRF6URZwbOeOEGw Edited June 11 by Bevo92 4 Quote

We have 3 commits in the top 30. The 2026 class is looking even better where we have #2 and #4 committed. 2 Quote

That’s the second best haul in the country behind OU. But they’ll get a chance to prove it on the diamond at the college level. Mikey White (as CDC calls him) got some good ones. More natties are coming! 1 Quote
Dread-headed Texan Posted June 11 Posted June 11 My neice is a little 5 foot 13 year old that is extremely athletic. She cheers, tumbles, volleyball, and basketball, the problem is outside of gymnastics she'll never grow to be as good in those sports as her potential. I told her she should consider softball. Lol she replied, it's too slow. So this year as often as I could we watched every Texas softball game that time together allowed. Without me saying anything she noticed two... well three things. 1.) The pace speeds as the competition improves 2.) The women aren't Amazons🤣 3.) The girls are pretty and wear make-up while playing. After the Championship Game she said let's go to Academy. I got her her first glove and she loves Mia Scott. Now she's signed up to start playing and can't wait to play. I hope she sticks with it, because it's expensive and she could be really good at it. I owe it all to this magical year🤘🏿 3 Quote
