Great show this morning! Mr. Will Matthews had some incredible words regarding the team and Arch buying in to his process "I'm gonna sit in this oven and cook." Speaking from his own experiences (winning a natty). He went on to say he thinks Arch is "going to cause the other players to gel in a way that they've never seen before." 

You couldn't ask for a better source if you're wanting to know the heartbeat of the team/locker room. Gave me a bit of the chills listening to Will Matthews this morning!!! STOKED FOR THIS SEASON!!!!
