    That’s incorrect. There’s a the first transfer window which allows for transfers within conference. Same way that Bond and Niblack transferred from Bama to Texas

    As a reminder - KJ Lacey committed last June before his Junior year as well. More and more now QBs are committing 2 years before they graduate.
