  1. If you ever find yourself in south central MO around the last week of April/beginning of May, I know a spot with lots of turkeys, and a guy willing to let you come along!
  2. Costa turned back the clock tonight and actually gave effort lol. He brought it tonight
  3. Checks yours, sir! Just sent ya one
  4. Paddy is so much bigger when they faced off in the cage. But my LORD Topuria just gained another fan in myself after that tonight. He’s got the look, swag, and confidence of a superstar. This kid is different. He sees things before they happen, and always has an answer, which is violence. Love it. Doesn’t do much feinting to feel things out either, he throws everything he has when he goes.
  5. Same old song and dance, right @Gerry Hamilton? The OG’s around here oughta know by now, not to get their panties in a wad, kick the feet up, and relax until November. Same vibe last year, and I believe the 24’ cycle as well. Slow and steady, and by the time conference play starts, the class really starts to take shape. Hell, I thought last year Gerry might be a weed guy with his weekly “path to the #1 class” posts 😂 but obviously he knew way more than the rest of us
  6. figured we would rip some lips this weekend. The parents pond worked just fine
  7. Holy $#!+!!!!! I’m today years old when I learned that their absolutely is 8th graders in this world that can whip my @$$ 😂😂 and I’m a spry 34.
  8. I bet you’re thinking of the rb that played for Georgia, and I believe just portaled out this past cycle. Name was Branson Robinson
  9. I enjoy hunting, just as much as I enjoy eating everything I take. Learned a lot of life lessons in the woods, from patience, persistence, learning how to lose and show up the next day to get back after it and many more. It’s a special thing to me, and many others I grew up with. I can assure you I don’t waste anything, except for the predators and critters around that need to be controlled to keep the conservation up, so the little ones out there like your daughter can keep feeding them and bring them joy in their own way. I could wake up and sit on the porch and just listen to them gobble and talk for hours. Just wrapped up our turkey season here in MO today. Time to let them rest
  10. Small world indeed! I know a handful of ppl in the Stephenville and Grandbury areas.
  11. You won’t regret it. Congrats to your son! That 3 week stretch of spring turkey season is my favorite time of the year.
  12. I believe he said it was Lingleville. What a “small world huh” moment 😂
  13. You just send the bat signal out anytime you need an excuse for new stuff brotha, and I’ll pretend I’m a local expert and tell ya “the stuff you really need” for this that or the other so you can buy more cool stuff 😂 my dad was just down in Texas for work last week and lucked out on a couple rios. Think he was about an hour and a half southwest of Ft Worth, and usually tries to get down there this time of year and hunt a buddy’s farm. And returns the favor when he comes up here
  14. And yea her little .410 can rip a very good group of pellets out to prob 45 yards or so. We have a guy locally over here that makes very good shotgun ammo. She shoots the Nitro ammo in the TSS loads
