A two-time all-state selection heading into his senior season, Stewart is one of the Lone Star State's more prolific running backs in recent memory. Stewart rushed for 2,855 yards and 40 TDs as a junior, helping Chapel Hill to the 4A D-I state championship game. He also rushed for 2,262 yards and 18 TDs as a sophomore and 981 yards and six TDs as a freshman.
Simon is the son of the former NFL player of the same name. His father also spent time in the college coaching ranks and Dallas ISD. As a junior, Simon rushed for 1,600 yards and 21 TDs, leading Calvary Baptist to the Louisiana Division III State Championship. As a sophomore, he rushed for 1,005 yards and scored 22 TDs.
