MY BOLD PREDICTIONS 1) Wingo will have a better season than Cam Coleman 2) Arch will break single season passing yds and touchdown record 3) Texas will have a top 10 defense

    I think the thing that gets lost in all this huge roster turnover is continuity. Take LSU for example, they got a great haul of players but they literally changed the whole team. 39 new players in the portal, another 17 in recruiting. Thats over 50% roster flip and a lot of them sre going to be starters. Trying to develop culture and cohesiveness is going to be hard. When things go bad, what do they have to lean on?

    So it sounds like the math does add up in regard to the portal and iol. While seeing names there is cool and fun, the team wanted to upgrade if they were going to make moves. The lack of substance in elite guards thats the team deem an upgrade are driving the portal results. Why pay for a player that you feel cant beat out what you already have, especially if that player is asking for NIL and guarantees

    Its the staff fault typically when the inmates take over. They allowed it to get to this point by fighting change when they could of done a much better job of the learn and adapt side. Instead they tried to fight off the inevitable fir way too long and never truly pivoted to how to make a system that works. NCAA let the courts get involved to make their decisions and now the ncaa has 0 teeth to control anything. People will just take them to court and win to get what they want. You can try to blame the inmates but its clear as day the staff and guards caused the madness they cannot control.

    I welcome all! Come and join the fun! Ive just seen a lot of new $1 subscribers be borderline disrespectful about the otf staff and even posters. We can debate and bicker, but i for one will nt ket someone badmiuth bobby and staff...i dont agree with them a lot but they work their butt off for us. I may be a little too sensitive to some of the newbies because of it and i apologize.

    You cant enter the portal without eligibility. These players are being told they can get more in the portal, go out trying to get more and the places they want to go are being filled with players that arent demanding ad much ir are deemed higher value targets. D2 players are probably being replaced with d1 players willing to step down and d3 players they sre willing to role the dice on.
