  1. Per his instagram. I hope coach has a good support system around him. Prayers to Sark and family.
  2. Do you attribute that to the structure of the staff and the overall process?
  3. Great question. Sark has downplayed the need for a quote GM, he said he is the GM. “That connection led to Harris’ opportunity in the role, but so too did the number of vast changes in college athletics. Sarkisian, when asked in previous years about creating a general manager role, said “I am the GM.” But with the need to maintain connections to high school prospects, their coaches, and their families, a new talent pool emerging in the transfer portal, and NIL looming over the entire sport, Sarkisian saw the need to elevate Harris so he could manage the roster “at a little bit of a higher level.”
  4. He elevated Harris with Bobby Merritt departures to become Rice GM. He then elevated Searels into Harris previously held role. Yes, “John” M Jones took Glasscocks position
  5. I certainly agree. Smart forward thinking move by OU. Sark downplayed the need for a GM when asked about it last. Will his stance change? We shall see.
  6. Sark has been asked about this several times. He allowed Glasscock to leave to be Ole Miss’ GM. Sark obviously hasn’t seen a need for a quote GM or even someone who handles the finances of NIL or he’d likely have done it this last off season when he restructured things after Glasscocks departure. He elevated Brandon Harris and Taylor Searels to assume some of these roles and responsibilities.
  7. Yes, he released a video reaffirming his commitment to Oregon with it titled “kill the noise”.
  8. No clue who those characters are but sure.
  9. Correct me if I’m wrong but this appears to be the old one in this picture, correct?
  10. You need to get some fresh air, sport, no one is trolling you. If you can’t handle the truth, find a new hobby or grow a spine and accept the facts for what they are. This isn’t fantasy land.
  11. Honesty is trolling? Get a grip, go touch grass.
  12. If that ain’t the truth, one gander at their accomplishments would highlight that.
  13. Gerry clearly said 4 star but carry on lol
  14. More like Sark getting leftovers after missing on a priority. Sark isn’t contacting him if he lands Moore, let’s be real here.
  15. He see no path to PT at Oregon with the addition to DK Moore? Can’t blame him for wanting to leave.
  16. Sark has made some head scratching decisions with retaining coaches who aren’t getting it done on the field, namely secondary and then replacing a DL coach with one who has no recruiting experience at one of most important positions in college football, the cherry was elevating some folks that may have no been ready, only time will tell on them though IMO. Might just be me but Sark seems more reactionary and very conservative with staffing decisions. Example, LSU was ranked in the 90s in pass defense one year, Brian Kelly knew that wasn’t good enough and made swift changes. Texas ranked significantly worse at 113th and Sark brings all coaches back, all while this having not been a one year issue. Seems odd to me, there’s no doubt Sark is stubborn, see it with his NIL approach and staffing decisions, he may need to adjust. His culture mantra and NIL talk seems very Dabo like to me
  17. It’s either that or the coaches are being out worked and out recruited. May be a little of both? I’d guess money is close but the recruits are hearing other coaches messaging or it’s more persuasive. If being out spent, I don’t see Florida state, Ohio State and Oregon all out spending us. Given we’ve seen sark have to rely on a lot of late flips and losing recruits the first time around every year, this isn’t anything new. I simply don’t think their message is heard by some.
  18. Yeah, and the teams at the top can offer the most playing time, Ohio State, Georgia and Alabama. This is a beyond ridiculous claim
  19. Bobby is honest, that is why I respect him so much, calls it like it is. That’s what everyone should seek, transparency.
