true but we always had that one player you knew would be an above average player...Tucker, Alvarez. If Cam Smith makes the opening day roster I dont see a player like that in triple A

I have a feeling our lack of depth in the minors and the loss of Breggy and Tucker will be too much to overcome. I like some of the additions but we're going to need previously injury prone players to not get injured this year to have a chance at another playoff run. Hope I'm wrong. Go Stros!!!

I agree. I dont know in any other recent draft if Sanders and Ward even go in the first round. To me they look like 2nd round picks at best. I feel bad for the qb starved teams. They almost have too pick one of these two guys and hope they work out. Then you feel bad for the QB who goes to one of those teams and unfairly has to start just because they are first round picks. You could almost randomly mix 3-10 on your list and make a case for it. Hopefully most of them go to decent teams with an establised starter so they can learn the ropes before getting sent to the wolves. They all need to pray to little baby Jesus in hopes of not getting picked by the Raiders or Browns or Titans or the Jets.

And CJ Stroud failled that S2 Cognition test, Lots of teams are putting things out there now hoping their guy falls to them. Its not called lie season for nothing. Not saying he doesn't have maturity issues. Never met him but I wouldn't put stock in anything I hear a week before the draft.

9+ wins plus I’d like to see UT play to their standard week in and week out. I don’t want to see last minute comeback wins vs Vandy for example.

its got to be CJ...the Texans are night and day better than last year and he's a big part of it.

In fairness I'm a huge Texans fan....but I thought there might be some interest in having a interview with Andrew Beck. Former Longhorn who had a front and center view of the Texans transformation this year. I know he wasnt on the team last year but he was there from the beginning where no one thought they would be good all the way up to going to the playoffs. He could also tell us what it was like for a full back kick return for a touchdown...haha Just a thought...love the new website
