I understand that but at what talent level? The offensive line has not been improved.The starting 5 will be average to a bit below, however if injuries occur who is filling the holes? Are we wishing that there is a flood of talent coming in the next 8 days? I hope so but I doubt it. Will there be offensive linemen from the final 4 teams that flood the portal? I sure hope so,but I doubt it and it doesn't seem like Texas is the destination for any of them.

Barnes will probably be back, Sark upgraded at RB, and Livingston clearly has other issues. Why would he leave his "dream school" for its arch-rival for the same money? There is something else going on there imo. I also think Livingston might have been WR5 next year anyway.

This isnt like previous years. You missed my point. We never lost this much, culture was strong. I pointed out the difference in your previous years stats. What’s left to get in the last 10 days? Players comparable to what we lost for more money?

We are bidding higher for what we don’t have. We could use that money at home. We have players that almost made the playoff, pay them and get them better. I think it's a little low. Pre-season rankings are BS and all that, BUT it still gets a reaction from me, cuz I'm a sucker!! We do have a lot of question marks, and don't have a proven Friday night guy, I admit. BUT: - Non-SEC, I think we are a better team than UCLA and Oregon St. They will likely be seeded above us at tourney time, because of their pathetic SOS, but I am confident we are better than them. (That said: whoever meets OSU in a super is up against it with 2/3 starts coming from Whitney and Kleinschmidt.) - Within the SEC, I will be shocked if Tennessee or Miss St finish the season ahead of us. No way. - There are a couple teams below us that could be better than us, to be fair. But I feel, overall, this is a bit low. Bulletin board material!! 🤣🤣
