I dont really care who wins this one way or the other, but I do think Cignetti has pioneered the way CFB programs are going to be successful moving forward. Experienced/old teams that are full of dudes who want to win, largely brought in from the portal.

I mean yeah take away his long run and he averaged over 4.5 that’s pretty solid with the line he had. He’s a very good running back

Thanks for the response. Other than the Michigan game, he had a hard time breaking 4 YPC. Even in the UM game, you take out his 49 yard run and he’s only averaging 4.6. Totally get that there might be mitigating circumstances like bad OL play and injuries, but I just don’t see him as elevating the room.

He’s an upgrade to both. Averaged over 7 yards a carry vs Michigan and would have been on his way to over 1000 yards behind a shaky OL if he didn’t get injured.
