  6. In the weight room, Sark said they don't max out. They measure how fast the guy can move the weight and how fast the bar moves. That's how you build a fast football team, Sark said.

  10. Sark said the move to the SEC has helped the Texas staff because "it's natural for those kids to want to come to Texas," he said, speaking of the talent along the I-10 corridor going through Louisiana and into the southeast.
  11. "I own it as a play-caller, but then as a head coach, too," he said. "I don't have many people to be mad at outside of myself because that's my job, to get them to execute."
  12. Sark is asked about the goal-line series against Ohio State. He said he evaluates every play-call of every game by himself and with the staff.
  13. Sark believes the Texas offensive line is "as talented as anybody else's in the country."
  14. Sark said the Longhorns are fortunate that Trevor Goosby got some quality snaps last year.
  15. Sark corrected someone who asked a question about the offensive line, noting that the Longhorns are inexperienced, not young.
  16. Sark is talking about the A&M game. "There's nothing like going on the road and singing 'The Eyes of Texas' after a win," he said.
  17. Sark said everyone needs to let Arch have fun and enjoy being the quarterback at Texas. "I hope he can have an opportunity to enjoy it and enjoy it the right way."
  18. Sark: "I hope it's a no-brainer to come back to school, if you know what I mean."
  19. Sark is asked whether he has a feel for how long Arch will be at Texas. "I hope he's got a really hard decision to make around Jan. 21," he said.
  20. Sark believes the Dolphins "are a great fit" for Ewers. Now, "it's all about what he's going to do with that opportunity."
  21. "Injuries, I think, are unfortunate in his career," Sark said.
  22. Sark is asked about Quinn's draft position. He was surprised where Quinn went.
  23. Sark is now taking questions from the audience.
  24. Sark credits the players for understanding that putting team success above everything else will lead to individual accolades.
