  1. Past hour
  2. Let’s folks on Texas getting in playoffs!
  3. Flood has undoubtedly developed OL per the NFL draft, however he hasn’t put together a dominant OL group. Could the issue be blocking schemes not fitting the OL strengths or play calling?
  4. People will prop up the SEC as they have for two decades. Miami is good enough to beat Notre Dame just like A&M. They’re also good enough to not beat SMU. And SMU is good enough to be 0-2 versus the Big 12. Ole Miss so good they beat Wazzu by 3. The same Wazzu that lost to North Texas by 49. Yes, that Wazzu that’s so good they just lost to Oregon State. The same OSU that lost to previously winless Sam Houston only a week later. Alabama lost to the great FSU yet is undefeated in the SEC. But I’m sure that’s the reason FSU is 1-5 in the ACC. Home games matter. Timing of the games matter. Matchups matter. There’s not much to indicate the SEC top to bottom runs roughshod through other conferences.
  5. My thoughts about OL recruiting in the NIL era is I’d select lesser recruited players with lower asking prices but obvious potential on a 2-4 year timeline. Develop those guys while they’re not taking up significant $ then use the portal to bring higher $ proven college commodities as needed. Whether that’s 1 or 4 out of the portal will depend on the development of your HS crop. I’ll add if there’s a no doubter like Kelvin Banks coming out of HS I’m not opposed to spending on that type of prospect.
  6. It’s crazy the glazing some of the people on this board are doing over the Aggie’s. I know it is beyond surprising they’re not 8&5 as usual, But we’ll expose them.
  7. it's called an opinion and based on what other sites are hinting at.
  8. Stroh being an option to play at anytime is an indictment on roster management on its own.
  9. I used to think like this too but that win at Oregon was very impressive ... We'll know a lot more when they play Ohio State in the conference championship game (if OSU doesn't screw up against Michigan again) but Indiana looks pretty solid right now.
  10. Texas wants a 5 man OL high school class
  11. Other sites. No need to mention them here.
  12. I will add. If Flood is not retained who knows if the new OL coach will like the current commits or offers. He may like others more. So yeah any offer by Flood now may not mean anything if Flood is gone in a few weeks. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.
  13. Why would he? He’s let go of one coach that he's hired. He will get another year to put an improved group on the field, Sark hasn’t been one to push guys out if their groups are underperforming. He will get another year to figure it out IMO.
  14. He’s put a lot of guys in the NFL. Don’t think a poor O line coach/recruiter/developer could coach under Saban. Heck, I really have no idea what might happen.
  15. Because it doesn’t matter who the OL coach is.
  16. Today
  17. You really think Sark will get rid of Flood?
