What does it mean to be “ALL IN”?
HornyProgrammer replied to All Gas No Brakes's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Don't worry - Sark is saving NIL for the 2027 natty run with Flood's 400 pound traffic cones. We should have all the confidence in the world with Flood behind the wheel for our offensive line recruiting! -

Some of you don’t have the stomach for SEC recruiting. I’m reserving judgement until the portal closes. That said, we need to start closing on OL. Now. -

I saw an update on X from an Alex Dunlap. Not sure of its authenticity as I have never heard of him. However, it Sounded relatively positive all things considered. Asked for continuous prayers. 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼 -

Great post All Gas. Some folks just can’t see the forest because of all the trees. I’m trying not to get triggered by all the negativity. 😂 These are good times! -

Who has Tech landed? They’re playing lottery tickets by hoping prospects that have produced at lower conference schools can produce against the big boys. We left the Big 12 and competed in the SEC. We ARE ALL IN. Like we about to make a baby. -

I wouldn’t say tech is “all in.” Yes they’ve signed multiple players but aside from Sorsby none of them are top 10 in the portal at their position. All except Sorsby are three star portal prospects with 3/8 coming from P4 schools. They also lost 16 players to the portal. -

Tech is all in. if you are the richest school in the country and get outbid for a player because “you don’t want to go there” or “has to be for the right price”, you aren’t all in. not saying that of texas….yet. -

There’s been a lot of debate, frustration, antagonizing, etc. based on moderators, saying Texas and Sark are “all in” on the portal for the 2026 season. Some posters on the website and on the live shows have some real questions about whether or not Texas is really “all in”. This is the way I see it. I do believe that Texas and Sark are “all in” on the 2026 season. They are being more aggressive with how many players they are pursuing and how much money that will cost them. So to me, they are all in on the 2026 season. Much like a poker player will push all his chips that he has on the table for a hand that he feels confident in. I believe that’s what Sark and Texas is doing. But there are some degenerate gamblers out there that will not only push in all the chips they have available on the table, but they will also bet their house, cars, jewelry, shirt off their back, and their first born child with that exact same hand. Those are the degenerates that keep posting about Texas NOT being all in. So two things can be true at the same time. Can Texas be all in on the 2026 season and still be financially responsible without wagering or leveraging their fortune and their future? YES! And that what the moderators keep saying. So stop questioning whether or not Texas is all in on 2026, because they are. Just because they aren’t willing to make financially irresponsible decisions that could affect future teams and future decisions doesn’t mean they aren’t. They are playing the hand they have been dealt with chips they have on the table. If you feel like they need to wager more than that, then feel free to hand over the deed to your home and your cars. Because paying 25-50% over other offers just because you can is not a sustainable model for the long term for Texas nor for college football in general. Just my two cents. Hook ‘em 🤘🏼

Dear God, Father in Heaven, Praying for You, as the Ultimate Physician, to take full control of Jordan’s care by guiding, leading and working through Jordan’s doctors and all medical personnel caring for Jordan. Pray that if it be your will that You completely and rapidly heal Jordan of all his wounds. Pray also for Jordan’s peace and comfort as he heals. May You also bless Jordan and His family with great courage and encouragement as things continue to unfold. All glory to God and His Kingdom. All in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.🙏🙏🙏 -

How so? We’ve added 3 specialist, a TE that’ll maybe see the field, and a depth corner. We need 3 IOL or 2 and 1 OT, 2 RBs, 1/2 WRs, and 2 LBers.
