  1. Past hour
  2. Will be annoying to see that twit manziel on our sidelines pulling for pavia
  3. Vandy's gamble of stacking 8 on the line of scrimmage worked better earlier. Now when there is a hole there are no backers and LSU's superior speed shows. The stacked front pressured Nussbauer but they may not have as much energy now.
  4. Vandy is such a small school, they just don’t have that many fans. They’re almost as small as Rice. Horns traveled well last year, seem to recall as much burnt orange as black and gold.
  5. LSU still has much better athletes overall though
  6. @Blake Munroe This will surely have some major downstream effects I would think. Wow
  7. I wasn’t able to make it last year, but was there as much burnt orange in Nashville as there is purple today? I figured there would be more Vandy fans filling that stadium this year, but doesn’t seem like it.
  8. I’m assuming ESPN News or the app.
  9. We’re gonna have to keep lane integrity. LSU not doing that
  10. He is aware of everything around him, throws accurately short on the move, evades tackles, runs like a RB and never slides, never gets hurt...nearly perfect college QB who will never start an NFL game. Maybe CFL, the way he runs.
  11. His pocket presence is insane.
  12. Diego Pavia is that dude wow!
  13. Officials throw too many flags on uncatchable balls
  14. LaNorris Sellers is talented athlete but my goodness does he lack any sense of a brain or football IQ.
  15. A&M game moved to 4:30 pm on ESPN. We are still scheduled to kick at 6:00 pm on ESPN. Where will our game air with the overlap?
  16. Mateer is a MID QB, SC Oline is worse than ours. LSU has no Oline as well
  17. Trenton Henderson to the Forty Acres, Trenton Henderson to the Forty Acres.
  18. 😭😭😭🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼🤣🤣🤣🤣
  19. Brian Kelly to the principals office, Brian Kelly to the principals office.
  20. Texas beats SMU in “closed door” scrimmage No score to update as of yet. Texas had five players in double figures. Guards and wings played really well. Texas sat out both Matas and Lassina (minor), and still won. SMU’s entire guard rotation played, as well as top big. SMU was 24-10 last year. “Lots of good. Some bad. But good overall”
  21. We’re halfway through the college football season, and the biggest surprise in the SEC might just be the quarterbacks. Takeaways 1) Preseason All-SEC QBs have underwhelmed. The preseason All-SEC QBs were Garrett Nussmeier (1st Team), LaNorris Sellers (2nd Team), and DJ Lagway (3rd Team). None of them have hit double-digit passing touchdowns through the first half of the year. Their collective QB rating hovers around 135, which is below the SEC average for starting quarterbacks. 2) Jackson Arnold is still Jackson Arnold at Auburn (and OU still sucks). Jackson Arnold has been sacked 21 times—twice as many as Arch Manning (10 sacks), and that’s saying something given our own O-line’s struggles. The issue isn’t just protection; his slow processing has been obvious since his first snaps at OU. I never understood the hype. 3) Biggest Surprises: Ty Simpson and Joey Aguilar. Alabama’s Ty Simpson (16 TDs, 1 INT) and Tennessee’s Joey Aguilar (14 TDs, 5 INT) have been revelations. I didn’t have either name on my preseason Bingo card, but both deserve credit for steadying their programs after losing last year’s starters. Honorable Mention: Trinidad Chambliss (Ole Miss). Hook 'em!

  22. Today
  23. That’s still an aspiration for him. Colt and Chase didn’t really bounce back to the practice squad regularly. In fact, both signed very nice contracts to be QB2s regularly.
