  1. Past hour
  2. you can thank Gerry Hamilton for it. He has everyone convinced I’m a Oregon fan so I have to play the part
  3. That is not it at ALL.... JZ is just crush'in on the Ducks cause he is QWACKERS!!!!!! 🤣
  4. I wonder if younger fans remember Robison. He was the athletic freak that I hope Lance Jackson will become. Robison ran a true 4.6 and had NBA vertical leap at 260 pounds. He was the SWC shot put champ as well. Most importantly, he kept the national championship game alive by stuffing LenDale White on 4th and short. What a player!
  5. I think Sark’s secret sauce is his vulnerability. He doesn’t run from his past, but it doesn’t define him either. There are few things in life as fulling as watching someone you love battle addiction, overcome it and grow from by becoming the best version of themselves. To that end, the version of Sark that Washington and USC hoped they’d get appears to be the one Texas has right now.
  6. Today
  7. Blake and company are more entertaining than Orangebloods or even Inside Texas, not to mention Gerry and Bobby who are extremely knowledgeable and beig born anf raised in Texas, and a devout Longhorn fan since I was 8 years old, it is a pleasure to be among you. Hook Em 4ever - Texas Tim ( Rome, Georgia)
  8. @Gerry Hamilton Will Texas have any interest in this gaggie decommitment? George Lamons Jr.
  9. A lot of Sark's message reminds me of an updated version of former UCLA basketball Caoch John Wooden, and his pyramid of success. Coach Wooden was a great communicator, who was able to get his meesage through to his (admitedly great) players. It is not surprising to me that Coach Sark is having similar success, which I think is still in it's early stages.
  10. As far as I know, that's one of the things I'm not allowed to record.
  11. The O'Dowds, Tulo, and Juston still connected to the organization?
  12. Shoutout to Ryan Bailey. If you win a game at Nebraska by making a field goal with snow falling, you get an honorable mention.
  13. I think my wife got rid of the one we had because all of our Christmas movies and such are now digital.
  14. I hope Sark’s message got across in my running thread of his speech. It can be tough to convey emotion when you’re trying to capture every moment, but this was a great talk that provided a lot of insight on the culture Sark has fostered at Texas.
  15. Do you have Blu-Ray? Apologize if you already know this, but Blu-Ray players are compatible with DVD.
  16. Sark wishes everyone the best of luck this season and thanks the THSCA for having him. And that’s it for his keynote address, as coaches start to file out of the ballroom here at the convention center.
  17. Sark is wrapping up by thanking the Texas high school coaches for what they do and letting them know that the doors on the Forty Acres are always open to them.
  18. Sark: “That’s a whole different form of adversity, is success.”
