  2. I’m worried about the speed of Branch. Brennen Thompson caused some problems for us against Miss St. Pass rush needs to make it tough on Stockton to let those plays develop
  3. Sad to hear, but we don’t know anything about these players outside what we see during games.

  5. Jaimeon Winfield and Mark Bowman. Winfield might bite if Riley leaves but Bowman probably stays no matter what if the NIL deal he got this summer holds up. Plus Texas is in a good spot with their TE room, especially if Endries comes back next season.
  6. It has been said every season how hard WR is to learn in Sark’s offense and outside of Xavier Worthy, because we had no choice, freshman don’t play hardly at all. D-Mo was also an anomaly in that regard bc Whittington had to be protected but still don’t recall him having a crazy amount of catches or anything. Let’s just see how they look next year. I have a feeling they will ALL produce on a decent level next year, well, Lockett, Ffrench and McCutcheon anyway.

  9. There's been some buzz in relation to Lincoln Riley and the current coaching carousel. Josh Pate mentioned he's a name to watch out for 🤔. If the buzz actually ends up being true how would that fare with USC's avalanche of a recruiting class, and is Texas still in communication with any recruits committed there with less than a month left before national signing day.
  10. Rumors the WR room is mess. Sounds like some of the freshmen WR'S are very unhappy. Plus I'm assuming big $ donors are unhappy they are wasting so much money on players that can't get on the field. Hopeully just rumors cause could hurt Florida recruiting with a top RB and WR transfering due to their perception on why they aren't on the field more.
  11. I thought either Ffrench or Lockett would pass up Parker Livingstone and have more catches than him by the end of the season. So far it's PL 21 - frosh WRs 10 (Lockett (3), Ffrench (1) and McCutcheon (6)). Glad I didn't find any takers for THAT bet.
  12. I thought Ffrench would be a starter by November. Missed it by that much.
  13. Basically we need to pass all over them and take advantage of their lack of pressure and banged up secondary.
  14. Texas and Wisconsin, the only schools with 5 Doak Walker awards
  15. Sorry, double post
  16. Bobby followed up. It’s all fine. I wasn’t tuned in as much from the spring thru the summer so had forgotten about Moore missing the spring, Wisner missing time, etc.
  17. Right now, you're looking at the OL being LT - Goosby/Brooks, LG - Stroh/Brooks, C - Roberston/Cruz, RG -Kibble/Stroh?, RT - Baker. Who knows if Cojoe decides to stay or not. Plus t he other Fr currently will develop and fight for spots. I think you at least kick the tires on a guy or two if the portal, see what is there. But I don't think they will.
  18. What about Dallas Wilson?
  19. People having been clamoring for Baugh but I doubt he leaves Florida and if he does, he'll probably end up at Georgia. They might try kicking the tires on the RB at LSU Durham but would he even want to leave LSU? I don't know much about Harlem Berry, I'll have to check him out.
  20. Said this on another thread, but the only way you get Coleman is if you clear guys out. He'll command a heft price tag and rightly so. Depends on what the staff evaluates at the end of the season with their room. Does Moore go pro? Do guys down the depth chart leave? Do all the Fr stay? Who knows. At the very least you've got Wingo, Mosley and Livingstone 100% back, unless something weird happens. McCutcheon has been coming a long pretty nicely. Adding a guy like Coleman would be amazing, but I just don't see it happening unless it makes sense.
  21. Sorry, I made that sound more ominous that it needed to be lol.
  22. He hasn't panned out at Wisconsin, but I still think Fickell is a great coach. As you said, with the jobs that are open already and the ones that will open up depending on the hires for other jobs, Wisconsin wouldn't be near the top of those lists. Better the devil you know, right?
  23. I could also see this scenario playing out, just not sure Moore is having the year he wanted and that if he will grade out well. I'm just saying that if everyone comes back, they won't take a WR.
  24. I think you'd need a couple of someone's to leave to afford Coleman, he will demand a crazy sum and rightly so.
