  1. Past hour
  2. That Sark is talking about the punter early in his post game presser is troubling.
  3. No, from the 1 ft like you have to go. But I’d have liked a better call there. Wasn't the only time we could have taken points.
  4. How about not calling a tush push. Think we can settle for that
  5. Sark: Most encouraging part of today was the ability to run the football.
  6. Sarkisian says they had really been working on their sneak stuff, OhioState did a great job getting under the offensive linemen and prevented the push. Sark said they wanted to go quick in those instances to prevent tOSU from putting in their real big DL.
  7. Wait, you wanted us to kick a FG from the 1 yard line down 7-0 when we hadn’t shown an offensive pulse all day? That is a loser 1980 mindset and goes against any type of game theory/analytics.
  8. On the deep ball early to Ryan Wingo, Sarkisian says the guys in the booth were expecting a flag for holding. There was nothing called.
  9. "I thought Parker Livingstone was what I was expecting." Sarkisian says it was tough for DeAndre Moore to get invovled based off of the Ohio State defensive approach.
  10. His highlights from last year show an inaccurate passer. If he plays for any amount of time this year, we are screwed. I don't care what practice reports we get about him.
  11. Hire chuck liddell to slap him silly pre game if that's what it takes to make basic reads and throws.
  12. The game plan was complete *** to start the game.
  13. Sarkisian said he liked the game plan to start the game, but there was a lack of rhythm offensively that stalled drives.
  14. If the good Lord allows, Texas will play them again. Arch should have been better. Sark should have done what Arch was comfortable with. But that said…Texas had more yards running and passing. And had a chance to tie it. The redzone issues for Sark are real and undeniable.
  15. "He settled into playing." Sarkisian says for Arch Manning he really gets into playing when he gets hit and feels the game of football. He pondered incorporating more run plays earlier into games.
  16. Agreed, not a great game for either team, but we made more mistakes (some were perceived mistakes by the ref.) and had red zone issues again. Sark called a game that was completely different than what we expected or were used to. Personally, I was not too happy about that. We weren't good offensively but we still led in just about every offensive category. Hopefully this was a learning experience and wake up call for all the players.
  17. Ask him why so vanilla offensively. Introduced motion in the fourth when they finally found a bit of success.
  18. If he tries to dismiss RZ woes I will lose it. He needs to be self-aware enough to admit he’s not cutting it there.
  19. Sarkisian says he believed the defense did a great job holding Ohio State in check and limiting Jeremiah Smith.
  20. Sark: Jack Bouwmeester was a tremendous weapon for us.
  21. You guys have a great team with generational receivers. We kind of shut down the passing game as well considering. I doubt many teams hold your 2 top receivers to under 50 yds each. Moral victory I know, but we have to have something to build on . We need to clean up penalties and Arch needs to grow. I was happy with defense and kicking game . They played winning football. Hope we see you again
  22. Even the short throws that were completed required receive to make difficult catches. Quinn was so good at putting the short pass in a good spot to allow receiver to get some YAC yardage
  23. Sarkisian points to the turnovermargin holding true to W's and L's. Ohio State turned the Arch INT into a touchdown.
  24. punting game looked great 🙂
