  1. Past hour
  2. Georgia is fortunate we are not playing them this upcoming regular season. Hope we get to meet up in the SEC Championship. Got a feeling this will be Sark's best team yet.
  3. Al Bundy and Polk High had a deal with BIG 'UNS.
  4. I actually think they are both going to help each other. I also agree that if Mosely is in the slot, there is no reason he shouldn't have a monster year.
  5. Wingo needs an NIL deal with JUGS. F it get the entire WR room a deal!
  6. A smart UGA booster would buy a bunch of FSD Teslas and take the driving decisions away from their idiots.
  7. Indiana also cancelled UConn and replaced them for North Texas.
  8. 2025 – Indiana cancels Virginia ... replaced with Old Dominion 2026-27 – Georgia vs. Louisville cancelled 2026-27 – Miami and South Carolina cancelled 2026-27 – Alabama and West Virginia cancelled 2026-27 – Florida and Cal cancelled 2026-2032 – Florida and NC State cancelled 2027-28 – Ohio State and Alabama is reportedly in flux. 2028-29 – Texas Tech and Miss State cancelled 2028-2031 – Florida vs. Arizona State cancelled
  9. Coleman should in theory help everyone. Mosley and Wingo will benefit. The running backs out of the backfield may be the biggest beneficiary of anyone, however, How do you account for the space on check downs to Brown or Smothers while making sure that Wingo, Coleman and Mosley are all covered down the field? That is of course assuming that there is time for Manning to throw the ball in the pocket. But point being, plenty of options for Texas on the offensive side of the ball.
  10. I remember that Wingo was there to recruit and welcome Coleman , but this was after a season where it was obvious that there was a need for Coleman, as opposed to keeping Wingo as the guy. But Wingo's definitely a team player for it.
  11. Wingo actively recruited Coleman. Wingo is not a fool! 🤘🏻🤘🏼🤘🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿
  12. Which is exactly why Texas needs to continue scheduling the marquee schools. It also attracts the most motivated and confident players. 🤘🏻🤘🏼🤘🤘🏽🤘🏾🤘🏿
  13. This is what I end up pinning it on as well.
  14. Also, the chances of both Sark and Kenny both still being around in six years is also incredibly low. I think people are remembering ASU's run last year as a great team but that's just recency bias. They are a middle of the pack team in the Big 12 without Kenny.
  15. People just want hate watch us, lol. Almost like what we said about leaving Texas out would have unintended consequences for future OOC scheduling is coming true. Also, the Notre Dame favoritism from the committee is a complete joke. UConn doesn't get the same benefit and they are independent?
  16. I wonder how much Wingo was pressing early in the year, which led to all the drops. It’s a lot of pressure as an underclassman to suddenly be asked to shoulder the load as a #1. With Coleman taking a lot of the heat off of Wingo, I wonder if he’s able to play looser.
  17. I might view Coleman and Wingo as 1A and 1B. It probably doesn’t matter. Competition is good. Wingo is an interesting player. He’s a big play waiting to happen but has bouts in which his instincts fall short.
  18. Kirby Smart desperately trying to catch Urban “Oscar” Meyer for most criminals on a roster.
  19. Sure. But it doesn't change the fact that the excitement for a Texas-Arizona State series would be significantly less than any of the schools mentioned above.
  20. Because of the ASU defensive plan.
  21. I really feel who ever plays in the slot will have a monster year. He should own the middle of the field with one on one coverage by a safety. Coleman and Wingo will see extra coverage and the slot should lead with receptions and touchdowns.
  22. Texas’ offensive ineptitude almost beat Texas in 2024.
  23. Today
  24. ASU almost beat Texas in the 2024 playoffs. Arkansas was rescheduled at Arkansas request for that originally scheduled earlier.
  25. No more NIL vehicles for football team.
  26. Posted this on twitter this morning and wanted to carry on the conversation to the board. No team in the country has scheduled as many marquee, non-conference home and homes than Texas in the last ten years. 2017 – at USC 2018 – vs. USC 2019 – vs. LSU ... greatest offense of all time 2020 – at LSU ... cancelled to Covid 2021 – at Arkansas ... game scheduled in 2011 2022 – vs. Alabama ... one year removed from Heisman Bryce Young and 2023 – at Alabama ... Saban was 103–9 at home before the game 2024 – at Michigan ... reigning National Champs 2025 – at Ohio State ... reigning National Champs 2026 – vs. Ohio State 2027 – vs. Michigan 2028 – at Notre Dame 2029 – vs. Notre Dame That's as good as it gets. Not to mention Georgia was originally scheduled for 2028-29 which was cancelled when Texas joined the SEC. That series was agreed to in 2018. To act like Arizona State is on the level of any of the teams mentioned above, sans Arkansas, is outrageous.
