  1. Past hour
  2. All these requests are done. Sorry I got delayed looking into this.
  3. Yep. Arch’s mechanics and lack of touch on short and medium passes was pretty shocking for a kid that’s been groomed in QB camps his whole life. Not as much on Millwee as it is a giant WTF about the past 15 years.
  4. 200+ ypg and 5+ ypc is very realistic for this running game if everyone stays healthy. If they get more push in the short yardage and red zone situations, this could be the best rushing attack in America by the end of the regular season for a team that doesn't run the triple option. Manning just needs to make the short and intermediate throws consistently, then the real fun will begin with his deep throws. Do that enough and they'll be in Atlanta in December and Miami next January. Don't do that enough and they'll be in Orlando playing in the Citrus Bowl.
  5. You guys never fail. 🤣 oh no we suck again
  6. This o line has so much potential especially in the run game like Gerry said . 166 rushing yards at 4.5 ypc yesterday….. We would’ve sold our soul for that stat line vs UGA twice and Ohio st last year. Arch just needs to hit the easy throws and sark needs to fix play calling. Defense is still elite and now we have an elite punter. Let’s run the table 🤘🤘
  7. We have no weapons out wide - this offense could remain a very tough watch
  8. You guys won the game. You played a better game than Texas. One thing I will say is that Arch really played poorly, and throw here or there from Arch and Texas wins. However, shoulda couldas don't count. Good luck going forward. Oh and I told you the offensive line was going to generate push, Michigan should concern you guys again this year.
  9. I'm pretty sure you know what was meant. We will get a much better feel against a quality opponent on the road. As compared to cupcakes coming up and all the praise that we are back etc . Reading is hard I know for Old Horns I understand🤣.What a concept !!
  10. Accurate description of his day. Here’s the video of each of these throws
  11. This is 2025. Arch Manning and Quinn Ewers aren't going to AJ Milwee for extended footwork and release point help. They have highly compensated personal QB coaches who they work with all year. That's not to say Milwee and Sark can't help with it or have discussions about it, but it's like blaming Juan Soto's baseball swing on the Mets hitting coach.
  12. So we really won’t be able to judge the season before it’s over? What a concept!
  13. I thought if there's one thing that Arch did well other than running yesterday was actually maneuvering the pocket. If he played for clemson in that game the problem for him wouldn't have been taking sacks it would've been the same problem he had yesterday which was bad mechanics, footwork and processing (pretty important things for a QB)
  14. I believe at this point I’m more shocked than disappointed. Never would I have thought Arch have struggled on the simple throws as he did but life and football go on. Texas beat Texas yesterday not Ohio State IMO, though we don’t know what Ohio State would have looked like with their backs against the wall. Texas lead almost every statistic besides some of the most important. Red zone scoring, time of possession, turnovers, penalties, yards per attempt in passing and 4th down conversions. Sark is not going to give up play calling nor should he pretty plain and simple. I wasn’t a huge fan of the the game plan but he had to have his reason behind it. @Gerry Hamilton mentioned this morning about creativity in the red zone which I would have like to see as well. My self I like the KISS method (keep it simple stupid) line up in jumbo with a big 300+ lb DT at FB and run ISO with Baxiter. Hopefully we see more RPOs and wr screens here on out. Can’t say much about the defense they played there tails off and good enough to win the game. Though there is always room for improvement. On a random thought, man it was just an odd feeling game almost like a NFL preseason game with all the starters. Both teams were very vanilla and seemed to not want to lose the game more so than win it. Not very many splash or wow plays was pretty shocking for me. My final thoughts, man would I love to be a fly on the wall this morning at the facility. Let the guys go back to work and see what improvements Saturday brings. If Arch and company (staff included) can’t learn on the fly and grow from this performance I feel a 9-3 / 8-4 season coming. 15. Some of Arch’s throwing motions looked way off yesterday. Do you guys think he is trying to “find” that same side arm motion in the short game that Quinn had? I don’t remember Arch ever ripping his arm across his body like he did a few times yesterday. I’m not here to nitpick or bag on anything that happened yesterday. I watched a couple highlights/lowlights this morning and some of his throwing motions have me all sorts of confused.
  16. How many touchdowns did Clemson score yesterday?
  17. Perhaps Arch needs to wear those Warby Parkers's during games🤣. No excuses it was a damn shame to watch a very winable game go down the drain. 9-3 or 10- 2 is the ceiling now and that may be generous. But hey we will look awesome these next 3 scrimmages. Real test in a month in the Swamp. Then you will have a better feel if this is the year , or the year before the year again!
  18. If there's two positives from yesterday about Arch is that he is a real threat running and he also maneuvers the pocket really well. His problem yesterday was not about being afraid of getting hit, like Quinn was... For someone with 3 starts he moves really well but he just had no confidence inside the pocket... Wasn't stepping into throws, flat footed, side arming the ball or sailing it high... The biggest concern I have is processing, because I believe he has the mechanics and footwork to make the easy stuff automatic but if you wanna play in the NFL you gotta throw the guys open, you can't wait for them to get open. To me yesterday looked like the Arch we saw in his first spring game: skipping the ball on the ground, sailing it high, etc... Last I'd like to point out was how bad he looked against ULM and how much better he looked the week after, regardless of competition. It wouldn't be a good sign for your QB to be inconsistent but It'd make sense given it's his 3rd start and you'd hope he gets more level headed with experience
  19. Mechanics and missing reads can be fixed. My biggest takeaway from yesterday is between the end of last season and yesterday Sark had Co broke Arch. I didn’t see the same fire and swagger he played with last year. We need that version to show up, not the one that played yesterday.
  20. OSU made big plays when it needed them and Texas didn’t on offense.
  21. Unless arch was hurt then all of the mechanical things fall on arch not milwee or sark. Kid has all the resources in the world with 3 hof level qbs in the family, David Morris as a qb coach and Sark who has mentored many great qbs as well. I think he’ll look at the tape and be disappointed with himself. Expect a large improvement in mechanics by UF.
  22. I saw what I saw. You don’t seem to grasp how defense is played. I suppose when a shutdown corner doesn’t have any interceptions and limiited passes broken up he’s had a “bad game” in your book.
  23. I agree, 30/38 for 392 yards is a great game. I’m looking forward to Michigan / OU this weekend. That’ll be their first true benchmark, Michigan prides itself on their DL
  24. Can’t provide that info, figures.
