UConn is going to be tough to beat in women's hoops...

....we will need to be healthy because they are loaded. Watching them now beating the hell out of USC.

UConn carries 15 players on their roster. The NCAA allows 15 scholarships. USC carries 13 players although Juju Watkins is out for the year. At Texas we carry 12 players on our roster. Three of our girls are still getting healthy which will make a huge difference.  We are redshirting our big Lovisa Hose from Sweden. She's 6'6". The development of Justice Carlton, Kyla Oldacre,  and Jordan Lee have made a huge difference. Freshman guard, Grace Prenter from Ireland is playing more confident each game. The advantage we have over other teams resides in the combo of Rori Harmon and Madison Booker. No one has a duo like those two.

The guard play of Harmon can be an equalizer. Lots of experience and leadership with her, plus several players on this roster that have experience from last year's run. UCONN would theoretically not be seen until the final four or national championship. Plenty of time for Schaeffer to find the right rotations.
