It feels like Texas lands one big name and two good players that may take time, vs. big time players in the portal. Moore hurt, but if you get French and a good 4* your fine. Yeah, you want your QBs, OL, DL, and LBs to come from HS recruiting, not the portal. The other positions are easier to fill from the transfer portal.
