Any Baseball Surprises or Letdowns?

Has anyone heard if any of the new guys have performed beyond expectations so far after fall ball or if any of the old ones are not playing up to expectations?

I still think it’s a bit too early to be honest. A lot of the arms haven’t thrown because they threw a ton in the summer. I’m sure we will hear about the bats soon.
