Texas coach Steve Sarkisian and staff are set to host more than 100 prospects on Saturday for the football program's annual junior day.
CJ Vogel and Blake Munroe of On Texas Football will be on site prior to and following the event. Follow along for news and notes.
Here's a list of the more than 100 attendees:

    Blake Munroe
The Longhorns offered Weldon, N.C. safety Enarri White, a class of 2026 prospect, on Friday. Safeties coach Blake Gideon is leading the charge on his recruitment and the 6-foot-1, 190 pound defender told On Texas Football that he plans to visit Austin around summer, along with his mother.
Of the schools who have offered, White says Texas, USC and Penn State are his current favorites.

Former Washington cornerback Jabbar Muhammad, a second-team All-Pac 12 selection in 2023, and his family made an official visit to Texas on Wednesday and Thursday.
Muhammad, who recorded three interceptions for the national runner-ups this season, is slated to visit Alabama today and Oregon next week.
If Muhammad plans on enrolling at Texas, he must make a decision no later than Jan. 30, which is the last day to enroll in classes at Texas for the spring term.
Texas is said to have made a favorable impression on the visit and is thought to be the front-runner, though Oregon could make things even more interesting. Of course, Muhammad also has a lot of familiarity with the new staff at Alabama given his time playing for Kalen DeBoer at Washington.

By last count, the Texas visitors list for the Junior Day on Saturday has reached north of 100 total prospects with the unofficial count by our records now sitting at 107 prospects.
Below is the updated count for the visit festivities.
Italics indicate a new addition to the list while the cross through means we no longer expect said prospect to attend the Junior Day.

One of the best to ever do it has decided to stay in Arizona rather than return to Texas, according to a social media post made by the coach.
Duane Akina, one of the architects of Texas' DBU in the 2000s, mulled a return to Texas this off-season in a role that would have made him an analyst and special assistant to head coach Steve Sarkisian. However, Akina was recently offered an on-field role with Arizona subsequent to the hiring of Brent Brennan as new head coach of the Wildcats.
    Good luck to Coach Akina!
