Good poster from Surly. Knows as much about the program than anyone besides Gerry and Bobby when he really wants to find something out. Does not suffer fools. Will provide info that the pros can’t (or won’t). I find his English skills endearing and I Wish he would go to IT to see how many hours he lasts before he is banned for making a mod feel insecure. It was hard enough for me to have lasted until this year with only two bans which were whitewashed from the boards because I wouldn’t bow down on a Texas NIL law despite having passed the TX bar and read the law and consulted with other lawyers I shouldn’t have to reveal my credentials to be taken seriously. Careful over there from my experience if you question something (some of the mods) rule like an invisible Luicci with the ban hammer. Never feared posting with Bobby or Gerry. If you’re a professional and know how to run a business you don’t have to carefully write fearing you bruised an ego. CTJ will say what he thinks regardless and his verbal attacks few will survive. If he behaves like he does on message boards I’d think he’s an idiot since he would likely alienate most of the people he encounters since “jerk” would be his default. He’s the “good” kind of jerk on message boards since he’ll make people think before they post unoriginal spam opinions that clutter most boards. Hell. I probably just puked clutter on here but I can’t sleep so y’all are the victims. Fear not, however, I post about ten times a year. Warning ‼️ ⚠️ Useless gripes below: As for Paul, he writes everything in fiction-novella style. At some age (25?) I thought people aged out of overbearing smugness but he must have some kind of protein pills that deliver old-man muscles as well as mirror-shattering self-love (see! practically, no one noticed my Bowie reference and thus made my writing clever to only myself, harder to read for everyone else and yet somehow he was an English major. I hope I’m wrong because a regular high school English teacher should have beat that habit out of him but I thought he claimed that. I doubt most people get much from his arcane illusions but he was inconsequential and added little value beyond his ego-stroking cringe. Ian seemed genuinely interested in football but unless you have lots of experience or are a football Xs & Os fanboy his audience is limited. I have obscure hobbies but they change frequently and seem more practical, for lack of a better word. Like I never played rugby and thus why would I waste time learning the intricacies of something I watch rarely. The obvious answer is it’s his job but the interest had to have come first. Right? Sorry for the criticism of IT, as I know Bobby hates it, but I need therapy after my experience there and this is it.

Glad to say I have no idea. Although it took me one more go around with her type before I was able to hone my skills enough to avoid them. I moved on briefly in college to another ten who hated the world because she was treated differently because of her looks. It made her paranoid and insecure. She asked me once if I was with her because of her looks. I realized the answer was yes. Obviously, I changed the subject quickly. Strangely, I had never thought about it myself and changed my whole outlook. There is no such thing as a well-adjusted ten. They may vary in type of crazy but they are all crazy. Life is much easier for guys the closer she approaches to average on the physical beauty scale.

I hope he plays left field well (heard he does). I had to quit HS baseball when I learned the golf team got out of school two hours early…and didn’t require you to run in the heat while being chased and yelled at by baseball coach. Golf coach yelled too when he found out I never actually made it the golf course after I convinced him to let my girlfriend on the team and she could break a hundred. Moral of story is that it’s hard to teach a girl with no interest in golf to break 130. I told her to fake an injury before the first tournament so we wouldn’t get kicked off the team because she can’t hit a golf ball. She faked an injury before every single tournament and just smiled at him when her “hair” hurt every weekend. Didn’t even attempt a good lie. I was impressed until I realized she did this to me all the time. I too was being unconsciously manipulated. In fact, I later discovered she had guys do everything for her and couldn’t do anything for herself (all her homework, all her tests). I never had to pay for beer or weed the rest of the year tho Srry, had forgotten about all that and just kept remembering stuff 🫠

Like the move if it gets stuff off Sark’s plate. Wasn’t pumped when first heard we were hiring such an important position from NC State (purely based on snobbery). But Glasscock seemed adequate. Honestly, he might’ve been terrible I have no insight. Hoping this is for an upgrade. Or to separate high school recruiting from portal recruiting and hire additional personnel.

Gerry is getting dissed over there too. Eric and Justin are being super defensive constantly claiming they already covered something when a user posts a tweet. Sometimes claims are accurate, sometimes disingenuous. Humidor sucks now. Users are scooping mods. Seems unstable. Content suffering although Ian’s being consistent…if you care for his content. Most of all I really, really want to edit the articles. That’s probably a me thing caused by editing legal briefs in law school but at least use active voice.

Glad Bo left. He developed Herman’s recruits well but he recruited far too few IDLs. We haven’t seen much of any and none were highly ranked. The likelihood of hitting on all three he recruited the past two years is low. IDL’s in the portal that weigh over 300 are very rare. We’re gonna be stuck with some JAGs a couple years in the future unless we go young.

Across CFB, It seems to me players are already committing earlier in 2024 than 2023 (or prior years). Wondering if the data backs that up. Couldn’t access 247’s API, and I’m on iPad so I gave up.
