Not a hot take, but I did wonder what this year's team would've been like with Bijan. Feel like we had that guy just a year or two too early.

He and Brevard would be two great depth pieces. I'd love Texas to land one high-level difference maker in addition to those two. Do that with the freshmen coming in, and I think we are in a great spot.

People are just selectively outraged at any call that "benefits" Texas. Statistically the refs were a huge net positive to ASU.

I'm pretty familiar with BYU. I think their success is more of an indictment on a very weak big 12 this year. Great year for them to be sure, but not sure the result is much different from last year if we played them again this year.

Switch Florida and Indiana schedules. Indiana struggles to get 6 wins and Florida is probably 11-1. Crazy to think about.

Teams like IU and SMU don't belong here. Give me any of Bama, Ole Miss, or South Carolina. I want to see competitive matchups as a fan. This format is not going to give that until the semi final.

What would Clemson's record be with Florida's schedule? Thoughts?

Might be tough for Texas to get a high dollar CB like Davis. Gotta figure most of our resources will be spent upgrading the DL and WR.

If Texas handles Clemson, I'd have a hard time seeing them losing to ASU

Let's hope these 3 freshmen are able to come in and be contributors right away. On the bright side, if that's the case, we are looking good for the next few years at DT.
