    You weren’t there so you don’t know. I’m far form being a gate keeper for cops. But if you peel off from a cop while the cop is near the vehicle then what happens happens….

    Yeah If he would have just told the cop the situation I’m sure he would have made it in plenty of time. Instead he pulled away while the cop hung on. Don’t blame the cop. Stupid situation.
