In 1970, the last year of the most glorious three year run in UT football history, in which they won 30 games in a row and a national championship (1969), there were three UT All-Americans - Steve Worster, Bobby Wuensch, and Bill Atessis - all of which were starters over that three year run. Wuensch and Atessis were both from Houston Jones, which doesn't exist in name anymore. It's now named Jones Futures Academy, which doesn't have a football team.
