The thing about the bubble every year is none of these teams “deserve” anything. It’s levels of mediocrity. If you’re fighting for the last few spots you haven’t done what is needed to be safely in. The national outrage is always weird. To me it’s a much bigger deal to get the top of the draw seeded correctly and not hurt a team that earned a top seed.

I was there live for his throw at Bama and his throw against ASU, but what I remember most vividly is his first year before getting hurt against Bama watching from the North end zone the throws he was making I just had never seen before.
