  1. For me it was about 1992-1999. Those were my middle school to early high school years. I just loved it and you had different blue bloods winning it throughout that time period (UCLA, Duke, UNC, UCONN, Kentucky, Arizona to an extent). Since then, there have definitely been years I enjoyed, but the quality of basketball during that time was awesome. I don't know if others are this way, but I really don't like the cinderella stories. I want the blue bloods playing in the end (of course the exception would be UT). Some of the other years I've enjoyed were : 2008 Final Four: Kansas, Memphis, UNC, UCLA 2009: Final Four: UNC, Michigan State, UCONN, Villanova 2014: Final Four: Florida, Wisconsin, UCONN, Kentucky
  2. I mean, I'm not saying you're wrong, but...
  3. I see what you're saying, but it's been 2 years not just 1. He also won NCs at JMU when they were DII. He's a heck of a coach, but you absolutely are right that we are going to learn a lot in the next couple of years as he has to replace so much and those players start really getting paid and you have to balance the egos and everything else that goes into it.
  4. I tend to agree with everything on your list. Only thing I would say is I feel like 5-8 should be grouped together. I don't think Freeman has done any more than Sark, Lanning, or Cristobal. He played for a NC, but so did Cristobal. I could be good with any order of those 4 really.
  5. Love this offer. He may not be the most gifted or talented in an OL room, but the attitude and technique will make him a player. He has a lot of nasty and bully in him. High drive. He also plays with pretty good leverage. He is able to drive defenders and put them on their back because he is getting low as he hits (like a good OL should). He isn't just depending on his natural size or strength to overmatch defenders. He's playing with leverage. This bodes well for him moving forward because he doesn't have to learn it, it's already part of his game. Really like him.
  6. Really like the film. He is highly aggressive, but seems pretty technically sound. @Gerry Hamilton Does he project more at T or interior? He plays both Tackle and Center in the film.
  7. That's the stuff of nightmares right there
  8. Yeah, first thing that came to mind was "bad intentions". The dude wants to hurt people.
  9. For reference - non-private, power 4 schools in the top 100: #9 - Michigan #20 - Wisconsin #33 - Ohio State #37 - Texas #45 - USC (Southern Cal) #47 - Virginia #80 - Washington #81 - Penn State #85 - Michigan State #87 - Utah #91 - Arizona State #95 - Maryland
  10. What's really insane is how fast a bunch of those kids are. I mean there's 3 there sub-10.2 and 3 more that are sub-10.3🤯 That's insane. I would love to have Dillon Mitchell playing football, but my goodness. That kid needs to be an olympian. Marquise Goodwin maybe???
  11. Colin could be incredible this year. Truly a game changer. I'm also thinking about how Muschamp deploys LB in the pass rush, Biles could wreak serious havoc as well.
  12. Thank you Gerry! Some people just can't accept that in today's NBA, it is rare for any superstar to singlehandedly win a championship. Did Kobe's or Shaq's championships not count because they played together? Did Kareem and Magic's titles not count because they played with each other? This whole sentiment that KD joined the Warriors that had Steph and Klay therefore those championships don't count is ridiculous. He was the best player on the court for both of those finals and honestly it wasn't even that close.
  13. It's certainly "Riddling" how a couple of coaches could oversee that kind of ineptitude.
  14. Yeah. That is a massive hole. A quick google search shows only 2 offensive players drafted at all during that time. Marquise Goodwin and Geoff Swaim. Goodwin was awesome but he went "old school" with #84. But 2 offensive draft picks over 5 years is rough.
  15. The list actually looks pretty good to me. I think I would argue James Street in over Quinn, but I understand stat-wise why Grok went this way. The biggest thing that stands out to me is the guard position. The top few are STUDS. But when Hayden Conner is your 5th best guard, that's a light list. I like Hayden Conner. But, if he is top 5 in school history, you're pretty light at the position.
  16. Holy Crap. Smoke Matthews looks like a DUDE. More of those guys please.
  17. This is completely ridiculous. If the quarterfinals aren't until the end of December, the teams with byes are once again going to have a full month off before playing their first playoff game. CFP just can't get anything right.
  18. Seems really explosive. Maybe the reason he's unranked is the quality of video that school is putting out. That was pretty bad film. Squinting from the super far off shots to super blurry on the closer shots. Oh well. Texas found him. I hope they can bring him in.
  19. No. Texas recruited him hard out of high school, but he chose Florida instead. Then transferred to ole Miss a couple seasons ago. Really good player. I was disappointed when he chose Florida over us initially. Would be pretty sweet to have him finish here.
  20. That's weird. He wants something called Aaron Philo throwing him the ball?
  21. I had literally never used the ignore feature before until this last week. It just became insufferable. But, ignore has made it a bit more pleasant for sure!
