    I agree he should switch to RB. That will be his only avenue to the league unless he becomes a special teams guy. So we’ll see where he’s at in regards to his long term football future. Who knows, maybe he leverages it into another degree & some NIL money.

    The thing that’s tough with Niblack is he can be serviceable in the running game but what I’ve seen is he doesn’t have natural soft hands. Tends to let the ball travel too far to either try to catch with the body or the ball goes right through his hands. Once he gets the ball he can be a mismatch but he needs more reliable hands to be used more effectively.

    Yea as more information has come out, it seems like it wasn’t necessarily Murphy’s choice to enter the portal. At least not all his own choice. Still think he can be a really good QB for someone next year.

    I’m interested to see how this staff moves in the portal. They like the deliberate approach in recruiting in general & that has worked for them because some big names tend to enter later. But that will bleed into playoff prep more so this year with the first round being in 2 weeks. So that might require a little more urgency. Also, you’re trying to win a natty but some players may feel a way if a player is targeted in their position group out of the portal. Just weird times in college football.
