  1. How different will Michigan look in 2024 when the Horns roll into Ann Arbor ... Michigan players at the NFL Combine: QB J.J. McCarthy RB Blake Corum WR Roman Wilson WR Cornelius Johnson TE AJ Barner OL Karsen Barnhart OL Zak Zinter OL Trevor Keegan OL Drake Nugent OL Trente Jones OL LaDarius Henderson DL Jaylen Harrell DL Kris Jenkins DL Braiden McGregor LB Mike Barrett LB Junior Colson DB Mike Sainristil DB Josh Wallace
  2. Yep. I don't know where ND will be after the season ... one thing I do think they upgraded was QB. Just me, but I think Riley Leonard was the best portal addition for any team. He's a big upgrade over Hartman IMO. He gives them a chance to maximize what they got... where will that leave them after the season, I don't know.
  3. Bill O. being hired by BC saved their season IMO. Chip Kelly will definitely put the pieces together better in the college game as the OC... no question about it. Agree 100% On Ohio State ... one thing I have maintained ... they are recruiting top 5 classes, but they aren't as fast of a team 1-85 as when Urban Meyer was recruiting at OSU. They aren't as fast of a team overall.
  4. Not out of the question Majors. Gbenda ... very much fringe guy for that IMO
  5. Let's play the 2025 NFL Combine invites game ... For sure (7) QB Quinn Ewers LT Kelvin Banks WR Isaiah Bond TE Amari Niblack DL Alfred Collins S Andrew Mukuba DB Jahdae Barron 2-4 more out of this list after the 2024 season dependent on performance: EDGE/LB Trey Moore WR Matthew Golden EDGE/DE Barryn Sorrell DE/EDGE Ethan Burke CB/DB Terrance Brooks DL Tiaoli Savea WR/PR Silas Bolden Need two more seasons ideally: OG DJ Campbell RT Cameron Williams
  6. For sure. Interesting note from my visit to Hitchcock Monday for the game ... Texas A&M is recruiting Lloyd Jones seriously now.
  7. We will definitely have OnTexasFootball prospect star rankings
  8. I'm not saying it does... Oregon has a very talented roster with a sixth year starting QB ... but they also have one of the most favorable schedules to make the 12 team CFP
  9. Agree 100% ... it's a really good first year SEC schedule. Overall scheduled helped by Jim Harbaugh leaving Michigan along with the NC roster to the NFL lol ... and Billy Napier struggling to turn the corner at UF.
  10. Georgia actually has one of it's tougher schedules in a while ... No. 20 Clemson (N) Tennessee Tech @ No. 23 Kentucky IDLE @ No. 9 Alabama Auburn Mississippi State @ No. 4 Texas IDLE Florida (N) @ No. 6 Ole Miss No. 16 Tennessee UMass Georgia Tech
  11. Favorable schedule ... Oregon Ducks Idaho Boise State @ Oregon State IDLE @ UCLA Michigan State 2. Ohio State @ Purdue Illinois 13. @ Michigan Maryland @ Wisconsin IDLE Washington ... That dog WILL HUNT
  12. Yep. Gabriel at Oregon ... Oregon has one of the best schedules to make the first 12 team play off though IMO Howard at Ohio State
  13. For sure. And that doesn’t include two more P5 games … UCF @Mississipoi State
  14. Good luck to Billy Napier!!! Florida Gators 2024 schedule in ESPN Way-Too-Early Top 25: 24. Miami 25. Texas A&M 16. @ Tennessee 23. Kentucky 1. Georgia (neutral) 4. @Texas 12. LSU 6. Ole Miss 15. @ Florida State
  15. ESPN released it's Way-Too-Early top 25 college football rankings this morning after the wild January month in the portal and coaching carousel. The Texas Longhorns checked in at No. 4. Georgia is No. 1, as expected. Ohio State checks in at No. 2 and the Oregon Ducks No. 3. The Texas 2024 schedule is well represented in the top 25: 1. Georgia 13. Michigan 14. Oklahoma 23. Kentucky 25. Texas A&M The SEC has 40% of the top 25: 1. Georgia 4. Texas 6. Ole Miss 7. Missouri 9. Alabama 12. LSU 14. Oklahoma 16. Tennessee 23. Kentucky 25. 17. Top 3 most talented? Or most realistic as of today?
  18. Marco Jones is one of those EDGE/LB types Texas has been in contact with for over a year. Choate was recruiting him for Texas, and Nansen has taken over. Doesn't have a visit date locked in yet, so like others could get serious if he get on campus in the spring. Baseball player too. Dad played at Colorado back in the day.
  19. For sure. He will be a 3.98-4.05 5-10-5 laser shuttle guy
  20. Agree 100% on helping recruit nationally. One of the reasons Miami Hurricanes kept so many at home in their late 80's and early 90's run was because kids never went out in 7v7 teams and saw places around the country. Not to take away from Miami and what a great place it can be to live/etc... as a college athlete, but kids had nothing to compare it to from a football and college life stand point.
