    It’s ‘Texas Fatigue’ imo. Every ranking and decision proved that out to me this season in combo with being listed as #1 going into the season. It’s as if they are trying to “punish” Texas by saying we disappointed them.

    Check out the Nyier Daniels situation. He was the OL from Sydir Mitchell’s school that we were in on I’m fairly certain. I think we ended up second there to Georgia so they saved us again! Thanks Kirby and Bulldog Collective!

    What place do we think we need to be in the Tuesday release to show that the committee is positioning to put Texas in at 9-3 with a win over #3 and a couple upsets? #13-14?

    I don’t want a 9-3 Texas…too many people surrendering the end of the season already. We might as well not play. If we beat UGA, which is doable, we win out. Aggie is suspect at best and I’m not sure Arkansas brings both sides of the field, pretty sure they only play offense.

    But if we win out and they beat Bama, it only makes us look even better. I’m one of the people that wants every team we beat to win out regardless of if they’re a rival or not. Some people are just so stubborn that they can’t root for that regardless of how much it helps Texas.

    It has been said every season how hard WR is to learn in Sark’s offense and outside of Xavier Worthy, because we had no choice, freshman don’t play hardly at all. D-Mo was also an anomaly in that regard bc Whittington had to be protected but still don’t recall him having a crazy amount of catches or anything. Let’s just see how they look next year. I have a feeling they will ALL produce on a decent level next year, well, Lockett, Ffrench and McCutcheon anyway.

    If his agent is Mulugheta as the article says, no way we get him. Yes, he’s represented a bunch of Horns, but David has been getting record setting deals done in the NFL regularly from every position. I don’t see that working in our favor unless he convinces him that Texas could boost his stock best for the NFL BIG money. I’ve been around him enough to know that probably ain’t happening.
