    Would love to see the numbers on players with multiple transfers. Can't think of many that have worked out (but hoping it works out for Big Bill). Will also be interesting how scholarship/roster limits affect the transfer portal. Does the portal become even more important?

If I had to guess on the hypothetical betting lines as of May 2024- Tennessee @ DKR- W @ Auburn - W USCocks @ DKR - W @ Ole Miss - ? @ Mizzou - W Bama @ DKR - W @LSU - ? So maybe one loss worse or the same as our existing SEC schedule?

    We'll know soon enough. I fully expect that we'll be sent to Fayettenam or Collie Station. No matter the support of Occupy LF and former players, if Pierce doesn't make it to a final in the Regional, he's rightfully done. If you watched the games, this is not a healthy program. Having an assistant coach walk away before the first conference series with no back up plan is not a healthy program. Having no pitching coach is not a healthy program. Having guys playing out of position and giant holes in your roster is not a healthy program.

    Unless the officer that was dragged was somewhere on the passenger side, this should be a pretty quick process. fwiw, I did read the officer that made the arrest was there for the fatality and not the typical event staff, probably not accustomed to the chaos of an event like that coupled with their usual duties to secure a scene. Still, appears that someone here didn't truthfully report what happened.

    Pierce ends our Big XII run with two bad losses attributable to poor defense, poor pitching and bad baseball. I have a feeling if he jeopardizes CDC's Director's Cup, he's gone (and Stanford is making a run in the Pac-whatev tourney, so it baseball could figure in to it). Not our standard.

    I've been following Texas Football and recruiting since 1995, and Christian Jones is one of my favorite players ever. Perfect illustration of perseverance and coaching leading to development and changing student-athletes' lives. Other examples would be a fun conversation for the doldrums of summer.
