  2. How is he an a-hole if the prior coaching staff and administration agreed to not let anyone wear his jersey number? If they agreed, what is the issue?
  3. The guy won a Heisman. Should be an automatic retiring of a number if they do that and if the person chooses to let someone else wear it, then alls good. A bunch of coaches in my family that agree.
  4. I understand Florida doesn’t retire jersey numbers, but even multiple players have worn #15 after Tebow who is a college football icon. Daniels is just a diva.
  5. Neither Joe Burrow’s No. 9 nor Jayden Daniels' No. 5 were officially retired by LSU. They were "soft-retired" by Brian Kelly who actively protected both numbers. Lane Kiffin reversed that stance to give the number to Pickett
  6. You may not believe it but if you look into the history of athlete psyche, it’s a real thing. I always had my best races when I had a low seed. They call it the “outside smoke” for a reason.
  7. Connor Robertson speaking on the difficulty and challenge of blocking Ian Geffrard and even Zion Williams at 370+ pounds. IMG_1387.mov
  8. Connor Robertson says he can feel the increase in physicality in team run. Says the running backs have helped in that regard but it’s been noticeable in the few true live settings the team has had.
  9. Well on his way to becoming hated by both schools he attended in college. He's gonna start saying his high school during Sunday Night Football intros I bet

  11. Edit: please delete didn’t see Gerry’s thread
  12. Baker says 8 sets of bench, and 16 sets of hang clean in the offseason were big reasons for weight gaining for him, Lance Jackson and others.
  13. @Gerry Hamilton could probably find some good info on this, but Jam Jones was from Youngstown Ohio. I remember thinking it was remarkable signing him in that time.
  14. Brandon Baker on new OL Laurence Seymore: “He is doing great. Great hands, super strong, great feet.”
  15. Baker: “I feel like we are trending up and up, in the right direction.”
  16. He isn't the best to wear the number, but my favorite is Joe Bergeron.
  17. Baker says the biggest point of emphasis in his move to guard has been to play with leverage.
  18. Brandon Baker: “I don’t like to say that I’m a guard or a tackle, I’m an offensive lineman.”
  19. Biles says he is a three level player. adds that Muschamp loves him in coverage, and he’s been working on his pass rush throughout the offseason. “my goal is to reset the market for a linebacker” due to his versatility.
  20. Also just a good dude. First met him at the Texas Relays while at Texas. Saw him a few times in Houston in the early 2000s
  21. Biles: I didn’t want to stay in Columbus, they didn’t want me out of high school and they weren’t going to get me (out of the portal). Biles grew up in Columbus and has a foundation up there for troubled kids
