Read mild to moderate bone bruises may heal in 4-8 weeks. Severe may be 3-6 months to fully heal. Heard 4-6 weeks may be the Goosby timeline.

For you long time OTF subscribers, can you think of a post that got this much action? This is the most active I have seen a post ever I think.

It all depends on how severe the bone bruise is. For a big guy it is probably harder. The main thing will be pain management

General time frame for recovery on a "bone bruise" is anywhere from 3/4 WEEKS - 4 MONTHS per my orthopedic doctor..... completely depends on how bad the bruise is and the athlete.....

I think OTF and other sites manufactured this report so we would purchases subscriptions again. I just paid for 3 sites because I had to get the news on the goosby front rather than wait for YouTube videos. Glad to be back tho! Let’s get it!!!!!!
