Respectfully, this is an underinformed assumption. The mods have repeatedly said that info re OL is being kept under lock and key at the behest of various agents. They also reported that 10-15 players visited last weekend. We heard names for like 5 of them. Bobby has also said the staff feels they could wrap up OL by the end of the weekend if they need to, indicating there's more lines in the water than we know. Just my opinion, but I think we are operating with a severe information deficit and should avoid drawing conclusions like this at this time.
