Kavan and the Longhorn defense played really strong today with the 2-hit shutout combined with 3 solo HRs, two by Mitchell. That was a methodical performance overall. Given the the four .400 hitters in the middle of our lineup, it will be good to see our bats come alive and more run production in the next game. We had bases loaded and only one out but hit into a double play late in the game. That won’t happen next time/. Would love to see Tennessee upset OU this afternoon. 🤘🏼🐂🧡

And they both delivered in the early marquee non con games as true freshmen

If you think about it Collin really didn't get the majority of snaps until about 3/4 through the season. Just like with Ant Hill on his freshman season, he was worked in until he got used to the game at the college level. I see even more productivity next year.

How many Director's Cup points did Texas secure with that win, they are assured to finish no worse than 6th now.
