Derrek Cooper note Texas remains in contact with the 5-star RB from Hollywood (Fla) Chaminade-Madonna. The Longhorns simply want Cooper to make an OV during the season for a game weekend. Texas wanted him to make a weekend OV in June, but Cooper’s family didn’t want to cancel a weekend OV to schools that had been recruiting him 1.5-2 years. Cooper announced today on X that he will no longer be announcing a decision July 12. Georgia, Miami, Ohio State and Texas in contention.
