If y’all want to talk baseball, feel free. If you want to argue with each other and hurl insults, take it somewhere else. We don’t need another game thread derailed by nonsense. -

His wife Ciara was born in Fort Hood (her dad was in the Army), but not sure if that’s the connection or not? It doesn’t look like she grew up in Texas though -

OTF Premium 2027 DL Kingston Beyer Talks Texas Spring Visit
CJ Vogel replied to CJ Vogel's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Beyer mentioned he really enjoyed watching Colin Simmons and Alex January on Friday morning as well. -
Texas hosted 2027 All Saints Episcopal (TX) DL Kingston Beyer for an unofficial visit and spring practice on Friday. On Texas Football caught up with the 6-foot-3-inch defensive lineman about the visit and his growing relationship with defensive line coach Kenny Baker. ”I mean it’s great with Coach (Kenny) Baker,” Beyer said. “He’s a straight shooter and you know where you’re at.” At the moment the Longhorns have yet to offer Beyer, however his interest in the Longhorns remains high especially in the player development side. ”Texas development is where it’s at — it’s a place where you can get developed and put in the league.” Beyer currently holds 12 offers at the moment and has plans to visit North Texas, Wisconsin, UNLV, San Diego State, Tulsa and Oklahoma State over the next month. “I loved the visit for sure, and would be excited to get back.” For now, Beyer will be a name to file away until a potential return campus is scheduled.

Again, I really don’t know who you’re watching, but the guy has a comparable average to the 9th hitter in the lineup. The dude got hyped up all offseason and he can’t hit. -

I’m sorry I expect more out of a guy who is probably a top-5 NIL earner on the team. People like you are part of the reason why we haven’t won a natty in 20 years, just accepting mediocrity. If you want mediocrity, I’ve got a school in college station for you to root for. -
Joyce Isi Etute from Luxembourg....women's hoops!
GQ03 replied to Califashorn75's topic in On Texas Football Forum
Crittendon is from Colorado. Crittendon, Bjorn and Spaight are all McDonald's All-Americans and each one the Gatorade Player of the Year for their respective states. Joyce Isi Etute is also considered an international 5-star. Holguin is a really strong shooter that scored 61 points in a game earlier this year and was the youngest girl on Kobe's Mamba's AAU team. Most of the girls on the team that weren't involved in the tragedy graduated last year. -

That's why the 2023 team was so special to me. As complete of a team as there was in the game at full strength but had awful luck.
