  1. Past hour
  2. Johnny caught a game winning TD against ou
  3. Thoughts on his baseball future? Does he redshirt this year and dedicate his time solely to football next year? Might be the smart play if football is the priority.
  4. Couple of notes on Jonah Williams First, was told Thursday he is up to 217 pounds. And that doesn't mean anything for his position. Prior to re-injuring his hammy, he was one of the fastest testers on the team at 210+ pounds. He will return to the field at safety for Texas. Second, prior to the re-injuring of the hammy, he was going to compete at punt and kick off return. Third, he came to Texas with football in mind and nothing has changed in that regard. It's all about getting back to 100%, and not pushing it to get back this time. He took a week off after baseball concluded and went right back into football conditioning. In retrospect, probably should have given it 2-3 weeks. But that is an athlete trying to get ready to be on the field for football season. Lesson learned.
  5. Aggies need to hire Jon Taffer to save them because "THEY'RE FAILING - DISGUSTING!"
  6. Favorite #1? That's easy - The University of Texas at Austin
  7. Not so fast my friend!!! Dakorien Moore wears No. 1 for the Ducks
  8. Worthy! Only Longhorn to ever score a TD in the Super Bowl
  9. Today
  10. Lots of OSU won’t do well because… Set your expectations against their best game versus counting on underperformance. We’re either the better team that can handle their best shot or we’re not. Sayin throws darts. Quick release and accurate. That’s a great skill to lean on as a young qb. We’ll have to take away his first read or we could have 4 Reggie Whites and it won’t matter. TE leaking and quick slants/outs will also wear us out. If we do the 10 yard cushion crap, he’ll Colt us all game. Disguise, discipline, and force him to throw where we want. We’ll have to overwhelm him early and often to shake him mentally vs hoping he forgot to throw or that he’ll sit back and survey. They may no huddle to offset our coverage and rotation of fresh bodies. I loathe osu because they always get a cheap and lopsided whistle while having elite talent especially at home. Be ready for a dog fight and if Sayin or the current guys happen to not be ready, enjoy it.
  11. Was Chris Simms #1 as well? (Looks like it)
  12. Join us for Coffee and Football starting at (?) 8:15 AM, as we talk Texas and answer your questions. I believe we have a very special guest today as well.
  13. To not pay your best player has to be a real downer among the players. The dude is in his prime. There is no excuse for it other than sheer incompetence.
  14. I am living in Fresno...Worthy is the dude. He was one of Sark's dudes who began the turnaround.
  15. Let's hope he doesn't freak out when we did him most. This game could come down to a field goal.
  16. If he survives the potential of yips in Ohio Stadium we will all breathe a collective sigh of relief.
  17. Technically you can say Colin Simmons or Ryan Wingo as well, since they changed to No. 1 this season.
  18. We are just one day away from the Longhorns opening the season against the Buckeyes. Who’s your favorite No. 1 to play for Texas? Some options include… Xavier Worthy Mike Davis Johnny Walker Donnie Little
  19. I watched RoJo put the team on his back to beat Baylor his Sr. year. I really feel like that team really started to turn the culture around from a player perspective. So many good young men, RoJo one of, if not the best.
  20. I miss Dicker (3 words I never thought I'd say)
  21. Go for Dos I guess
  22. This makes me happy as a Packers fan. I know Tom Grossi on Youtube is probably going nuts right now lol. Was already happy with our draft taking Golden and I think we also got Sorrell. Got Parsons for a steal, too.
