Anybody heard what his blood alcohol was? If you are underage in Texas and there is any detectable level of alcohol then it is an automatic DUI. I don't know what the legal penalties are, but I hope his levels were very low. It does not take very much alcohol for it to be detectable.

Tulo has eliminated a lot of the golfing swings on low pitches, but I was alarmed at seeing swinging strikes on neck high fastballs this week. I hope Tulo nips that quickly!

I'll admit to being a little nervous about the Sunday starter role moving forward without Spencer. Flores and Bing have mostly been pretty good midweek pitchers, but we'll have to see how they fare with a step up in competition. Our bullpen has been pretty lights out, so it's not like they have to go deep in games, but we'll need those guys to at least give us a shot once we get into tournament play.

Will be much harder with the injuries, hope we aren’t saying what if, but one of the strengths of the team has to be untouchable by injuries, Max Weiner. We have held most teams, and all of the top teams to under their scoring percentage for the year. The pitching transformation is unbelievable. We are getting a lot of pitches in the zone early and getting ahead of batters . This is also true of the at bats (Tulo) , our batters have nice patience and don’t swing at a lot of balls that they shouldn’t. This discipline will certainly play in our favor for the long haul of the season.

I hope you're right. Hard to believe with the injuries this season, including Jared Spencer's season ending shoulder surgery, that we could still potentially win it all. Incredible season so far.

Anthony Hill Jr at number 3? Is this 2001? Love Ant but do not see him going that high as an off ball linebacker. Also, projecting CJ as a first rounder is pretty crazy given the injury he’s coming off of & how little RBs go in the first round these days. BR did one as well with Arch, Ant & Manny in the first. Hope Manny balls out this year & turns into another DB taken in the first.

Would really suck to lose Weiner after only 1 season. I'm sure it'll happen at some point but hopefully not after only 1 season.
