  1. Past hour
  2. They are absolutely stacking that room with studs. I'm just thinking back to 21/22 when Sark and PK first got here, they were struggling to get sacks/pressure.
  3. Do we have a comp for him? Seems well rounded but maybe not a pass rush specialist?
  4. No one hates a coach or team that has been to the playoffs two years in a row more than you.... LOL
  5. I’m glad we went hard after Bryant early in this cycle but the 2027 QB will have to be a Trey Owens type take imo. IIRC the 2028 has some kids that we have already shown interest in (and maybe offered?) that will likely be the successor to Bell/Lacey.
  6. Kavian Bryant is headed to the notable NFL QB development factory at……..Texas Tech. I’d love to see what that negative recruiting pitch looked like. I bet it involved a lot of brochures in the mail from Cody Campbell.
  7. Looong powerful legs; quick off the snap, persistent pursuit; powerful arms, finishes tackles. What's not to like???
  8. Today
  9. RIP Coach Reese!
  10. Rise and shine, it's Coffee and Football time! Join us at 8:15 AM to talk the Longhorns and we'll take your questions! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syKMDicEnU8
  11. Hopefully Texas has a big NIL budget for OL for the ‘27 cycle. Would love to see them get at least three of Brown, Swanson, Camara, Johnson, Ford, and Scott
  12. Happy Birthday 🎊🎁 🦆
  13. For sure. He's recruited a few that NBA and college fans will know: Lauri Markkanen Deandre Ayton Aaron Gordon Christian Koloko Zeke Nnaji Had very good international success in that regard too.
  14. Texas wants Dre Quinn bad. He was a top 3 EDGE on the board the whole way with Richard Wesley and Trenton Henderson. And I like Texas chances.
  15. Couple of Q's with a 2027 QB for Texas 1. Would you "overpay" if forced for a QB that won't likely see the field for two years? 2. Any 2027 QB considering Texas will have to be comfortable with the possibility of not playing for two years, and being more on the development side early on solely. Don't think too many guys will think like that.
  16. Guess we see what @Joe Zuradid for his birthday Thursday ... trolled the Sooners. Pretty heady stuff coming from a Duck
  17. For 2026? Nope. Texas really likes their young guys on the OL. If they can flip Malakai Lee, that's the one.
  18. Not going to Honolulu this week. The hope is to get Lee back on campus in November with Kamehameha High regular season ending in late October.
  19. Wesley is a bigger body/frame player. Richard Wesley will be 6-4.5/6-5 and 270'ish Dre Quinn has longer arms. Will be 6-4, 250-255. That would be two tremendous EDGE prospects in a class following Lance Jackson and Smith Orogbo, with Justus Terry as a hybrid EDGE/DT
  20. Quinn was injured every year. FIFY!
